Rodney King - Director of Multifamily Operations/Broker - Rodney oversees the operations of our owned and joint venture collegiate housing portfolio. Prior to joining Blue River in early 2010, he served as Regional Portfolio Manager for a leading multifamily company and as a Sr. Property Manager from 2004-2006.Along with his responsibilities' at Blue River, Rodney is a member of the National Apartment Association's and Tennessee Association of Realtors Cultural Diversity Committee. Rodney received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis, B.S. in Organizational Management from Crichton College, and M.B.A. from Belhaven University
